How much will it cost me?

With Sell Your House Now there are no fees to pay.

Will you buy my type of property?

If your property needs some work we will put in an offer that will reflect the cost of the works that need to be done.

At Sell Your House Now we aim to be flexible in the arrangements we make and can offer a sell and rent back scheme. Just make us aware that you want to sell and rent back at the outset.

How long will it take?

How will you decide on what you offer me?

Are their any “hidden” catches?

If you have someone you would like to introduce to Sell Your House Now we pay 1% of the price paid when the deal goes through.
Do you do a survey?
As time is usually of the essence the answer is normally no as organising surveyors and getting the reports can slow matters down. Occasionally we may have need for a surveyor. If that is the case we would advise you as soon as that became necessary. If needed it would also be carried out quickly. However, in most cases a survey is not normally required.
I am with an agent. What happens to them?
No agent worth their salt will like the idea of losing the opportunity to earn their 2%+ commission! If you are with an agent read your sales commission agreement carefully. Unless you have signed over sole selling rights you should be OK. If you have a sole agency agreement they may still try and claim their fee, but you should be able to cancel that agreement. If you are not sure talk to your solicitor.
I am in a chain that’s collapsed. What can you do to help me?
