If you are selling via an Estate
Agent ask yourself this question: Is selling via an
agent really the way for you to go?
You could go to an Estate Agent to
sell your home but that is time consuming, fraught with
delays and extremely uncertain. First you have to choose
the right agent. Then agree the right fee and agree
the right asking price to make your home attractive
to get viewers. Then you have to attend 12-17 viewings
to get your home sold.
The first problem is that many agents
are rewarded for just listing your home not
selling it. Many agents also feel that once
